“iPad is disabled connect to iTunes”

Is there any way to recover a disabled iPad that is telling me to connect to iTunes without a computer. I heard you can use “Find my” to recover it but I can’t see the iPad when I’m trying to recover it maybe because they are linked under two seperate accounts.

No. If you don't have one, use a friend's computer or a store's display model.
