how can update iOS14

i want to download Google classroom but need iOS13.0 but my software iPhone only iOS 12..5 please help me thank you

You need an iPhone 6s or a newer model to install iOS version 13/14/15. NOTE that iOS 13 and 14 are no longer available as updates. The current IOS version is iOS 15.2.1.

If you have an iPhone 6 or older, then you cannot update to iOS 13/14/15.
