Only one ear cup of my AirPods max works when connected to MacBook Air

AirPods Max is working fine when connected to iPhone but, only one ear cup works when connected to Mac. How can I fix it?

Verify the Balance:

On the Mac, make sure that the Mac does not have the volume on one-side only.
