No, all chargers do not work. You should stick to chargers that are MFi certified, that is designed to work with iPhone, iPad, iPod. Apple, of course recommends you use only their brand of charger but third party chargers that are MFi certified work just as well.

However, any charger from an old iPhone will work if the cable fits. I believe that the AirPods Pro use USB-C cables. If you use a non-Apple charger make sure that it its MFi certified. See this:
