Hi I am trying to update my tablet to something higher then the 14.4 update and there is nothing in the system update that’s says to update and install the new update.

if you go to settings - general - software and it says you're up to date, then your ipad is too isn't compatible with the newest IOS.

You will need to upgrade to a newer ipad that is compatible.
