How did my Apple Music subscription get canceled I didn’t do it

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, your Apple Music subscription was canceled.


We'd go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions and tap on Apple Music. Does it provide any information here about why it was canceled?


If you want to check which devices are using your Apple ID: Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in


Resubscribe: Join Apple Music on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC

(If you resubscribe to the Apple Music service it will restart your Apple Music library. Meaning, you will not have the same library if the previous subscription was canceled. You'll have to start fresh.)


If needed, see: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


While other users do not have access to your account information or subscriptions, it might be best to connect with Apple Support about your account: Get Support
