Can I choose what gets saved into the cloud? It seems my phone and pc saves everything. most is junk that fills up my space. How can I clean up what is stored in the cloud to save space?

Yes, you can control what you want to be saved in the Icloud by going to Settings > tap on your name > ICloud >Activate or deactivate what you want to store on the Icloud
