Hi,

If you have already completed the setup assistant and set up your iPhone, to restore from a backup you would need to go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase all Content & Settings. This will erase the iPhone and restart on the setup assistant again.

From there, when asked how you would like to transfer Apps & Data, you will select ‘Restore from iCloud backup.’
