My iPhone 13 pro max 256 gb keeps randomly crashing since I bought it 4 days ago

The device will frequently flash a pink screen then crash and restart.

I got the device a few days ago and it started happening immediately after I left the store.

Has anyone had a similar issue and been able to resolve it?

Thank you.

To rule out a software issue, set your phone back to factory settings, using your computer.

Then set it up manually, without using the backup see if it works as expected.

If it does not, contact Apple to have it serviced, or visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider to get it fixed:
