Can I move my iPhone back up from Mac to Mac and then restore it?

I want to move my iPhone back up which I've done on my Mac, couple of days ago, to another Mac book to use it with the same phone, is that possible?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Unfortunately, no.

In your situation, I'd recommend you backup with iCloud: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with iCloud - Apple Support, or make a new backup on the other Mac: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with your Mac - Apple Support.
