If I pay $5 month why do I get asked to pay for shows on Apple TV?

The Apple TV app lists and advertises optional content & subscriptions, presumably based on your apparent tastes, that is not included in your Apple TV+ subscription. If you’ve subscribed to Amazon Prime Video, you’ll understand the idea… Apple’s just a bit more subtle in their advertising of optional stuff that you might pay extra for (so subtle that it surprised you :-).

Not sure why that would happen; it wasn’t even that long. Try to re-load or try a different browser.
