iPhone 13 pro max can’t be recognized by Mac finder

i have 2 iPhones, iPhone SE first generation with iOS 14.8.1 and iPhone 13 pro max with iOS 15.


iPhone SE can connect to Mac finder and able to backup and restore my data but iPhone 13 pro Max cannot be recognize however it can charged.

my Mac OS is Catalina

need help
