I don't understand why I connected Airpods 3 to Macbook Air M1, only right ear-phone play the sound? If I open Sound settings, all ear-phones are working but the sound is bad (no bass). Close the Sound settings, only right ear-phone play the sound again. How can I fix this problem?

My Airpods 3 works perfectly with my iPhone and iPad. This issue only occurs when used with my Macbook Air M1.
Update: I solved this issue. But please check the Sound settings panel, when i jumped between tabs Sound Effects/Output/Input the Balance setting in Output tab disappears.
