If you can get into the iPhone, go to Settings><your Apple ID>Find My, tap on Find My iPhone and to turn it off, you will need to sign out of iCloud.

If you cannot get into the phone, see this, Remove a device from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com - Apple Support
