Apple support have articles online that may help:


How to identify unfamiliar charges

If you see "apple.com/bill" on your billing statement – Apple Support


How to: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support

(Note: If the charge is pending, you canʼt request a refund yet.

After the charge goes through, try to request a refund again.)


OR

Re: Billing and Subscriptions:

Find answers to your questions about purchases, subscriptions, payments, and billing:


Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support

AND: On the webpage that opens from the above link,

you can click the link at bottom left, to get Support from the Billing team.
