Bluetooth and Wi-Fi don’t work

Bluetooth and Wi-Fi of my iPhone XR stop working. If I go to settings on the Bluetooth toggle there is the loading circle, the Wi-Fi toggle is disabled and I cannot activate it. I tried to reset network settings but nothing changed, then I completely reset the iPhone and still I have the same problem…

It won’t let me turn on Wi-Fi or Bluetooth I got a new iPhone 13 recently and suddenly the option to toggle Wi-Fi on and off went away and same for Bluetooth how can I fix this?
