My cards were used in a scam. Is there any way to get my money back from HIG Home Improvement? All information went through my Messenger 355.0 Meta Platforms, Inc.

You will need to contact the debit/credit card(s) issuer (Bank) and ask them whether you are liable for the charges occurred through the scam that you mentioned.
