How can I undo changes to a note?

I was adding to my notes when I accidentally entered the backspace button while the whole thing was selected. This inadvertently deleted my notes.

ChgoGurl ~ Your profile indicates iPad, but you've posted in this "Using iPhone" community. Shake the iPhone. It requires this to be set to On:

Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Shake to Undo
