i turned on my sync library and every time I close outta the Apple Music app it deletes all my downloaded music and turns off the sync in my settings. it’s been happening for a while now and idk how to fix it

If you turn off sync library that shouldn’t delete everything I’d say your subscription is expiring but good news here you can check.


  1. go to settings, your name and subscriptions then you should be able to see it.
  2. take a look at this link. This tells you more about Apple Music
  3. try and redownload music
