Forgot Screen Time password

I have screen time on my iPad and I set it up. It connected to my phone which I don’t want it to but I cannot remember the password, how can I turn it off?!?

There are two passcodes; Lock Screen Passcode and Screen Time Passcode.

Note: If you restore from a backup then the Screen Time Passcode will be back on your device.
