Subscription problems

I had gotten a subscription for the app Picsart. When I wanted to cancel it, it tells me that the subscription will cancel on may 13, 2023. It still says that my subscription is still active, and I don’t want that. No matter what plan I choose, it tells me that it will renew next year. I have even tried canceling the subscription, but to no avail
