My iPad is disabled

My iPad is disabled and am unable to connect to iTunes.

You will need to use a computer with iTunes (Windows) or Mac (could be iTunes or Finder, depending on the MacOS version) to erase your iPad, by following the directions in this link --> If you forgot your iPad passcode - Apple Support
