How do I add to other iPhones? I am the account holder.

Should say "two" other cell phones to my account.

It may be you account, but who's iPhones are there? If these are your phones, iPhones, then go here to log in: Sign in on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. However, if these are not your iPhones, then I suggest you let them be and have their owner log in to it.
