Why was money deducted from my card without my knowledge?

I didn't buy anything from itunes, but I paid about 29.99$. (got message like this to my card: deducted 29.99 USD Apple.com/Bill Itunes.com) How to understand it? I don't listen to music from Itunes…. maybe I didn’t know what I agreed to something. Please disable and refund my money if you can.
