Syncing Alnums from Photos App to icloud/iphone

Hi all

I am managing my photos in the Mac Photos App. Photos are divided into albums. When I enabled the icloud sync in the Photos app, it doesn't sync the albums, just a list of all photos. Is it possible to also sync those photos albums to:

1) icloud.com

2) iphone - so that they don't appear in the "Recent"/Camera Roll but in the separated albums?
