I just purchased a Apple Watch and it doesn’t have a SIM card

I purchase a Apple Watch serie 7 and it says it doesn’t have a iccd or sim card

Apple watches don't have a physical sim card,if it's a cellular version of the watch then it has a built in Esim that uses your phones number to make calls aned send texts.
