Ecg app on apple watch

Trying to find the ecg app on the Apple Watch. I’m not seeing it as an app on the watch or in the App Store.

in health it says no data source.

The apple watch SE doesn't have the ECG app,it's a budget watch so it doesn't have the same features as the watch 7.
