Hi, I am in Zimbabwe. I am trying to clear my Itunes balance to 0.0 but none of the above works. I have been trying to contact Apple Support through the app there has been no response. I need to change store immediately.

The aforementioned post states that it is not possible to clear your iTunes account balance other than:

a) spending it

b) let Apple keep it
