I uploaded about 100 music CD to my ITunes account on my IPhone. For some reason, they all disappeared. Is there anyway I can retrieve them?

It’s hard to understand exactly what this means.
CDs can be ripped to iTunes on a computer. Your iTunes Music Library may be stored there.
Your iPhone can never serve as your music repository.
