iPhone 12 camera - does not work

Hi, my camera renders my videos unusable due to the green dots & other visible disruptions/lines when recording videos. & flashing light/screen when recording slomo 1080p 240fps.

This must be either false advertising on apples part about their excellent camera system, or a defect, or warranty issue… correct?

can someone recommend a solution or course of action? & not just a link to a website about lens flare.

This lens flare is caused by the optics inside the camera and can't be fixed.

To a certain extend every camera is this issue, not only iPhone cameras, also DSLR cameras struggle with this optical phenomenon.
