Pairing new watch with old watch data
I am setting up my new Apple Watch but I want the data from my old watch, which I lost, to download to the watch. What do I do?

The data isn't kept on your watch it is uploaded to the phone so if you have a recent icloud backup then you can restore this backup onto your new watch;
