cant load apps

when I try to load an app on my iphone it states "your account has been disabled in the App Store and Itunes. what do I need to do, in order to load apps again???

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
