Forgotten Notes Password

Forgottten Notes Password - I just purchased a new iPhone. My old iPhone used facial recognition for the notes password. It was turned off when I ordered the new phone and now I'm unable to regain access due to forgetting the password. What can I do?

If you can't remember the password then you won't be able to access it, there is no reset password for notes.

Thank you, this is a very bad user experience as I was able to access it just fine until Apple started making changes because I chose to spend another $2k on an updated phone

Did Apple make you forget your password? Did you not write it down somewhere in the event you forgot what it was?

Apple made what changes, they didn't force you to spend 2k on another iphone, you chose to buy one you could've got a cheaper phone or Android.

Apple started making changes to my existing phone prior to the new phone being delivered. There is no reason to be mean, this site I thought was to be helpful. You are what makes the world a sad place

Who is being mean? These are pretty straight forward comments and facts.

You blame Apple for making changes, but that change didn't make you forget your password.

People these don't take ownership of their wrong doing always want to point the blame on others.
