Why do you think a new one would not be limited?
You can create a new Apple ID any time you want. Nobody needs to nor can give you own. Link-> How to create a new Apple ID - Apple Support
Do note, all purchases, app downloads and iCloud synced data are tied to the Apple ID and you will not be able to access them from the new Apple ID.
