Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

My new iPhone 13 will not accept any calls. My old iPhone XR gets the calls.

I do not receive calls on my new iphone 13 after data transfer from iphone xr. The xr still receives calls. What do I do?

You need to move the SIM.


Once you get your new phone making calls, you’ll want to have your carrier re-provision your SIM so as to have access to 5G services.


You carrier might be able to provision you w/ an eSIM.
