Apple ID country change and iCloud

If I change country/region of my apple id, will the contents in my iCloud be deleted? I know that all the downloaded contents on my phone (i.e Apple Music and Apple TV), and i’m fine with that, but I want to ensure if the same thing happens to whatever’s in iCloud (i.e documents, photos, saved passwords, etc)

Also, if I download apps from App store from different country (say Japan) and change my country setting back to the U.S., would I still get to update those apps from Japanese App store? I know I get to keep using them as long as they are saved on my phone but wonder if those keep receiving the latest updates.

Okay, apparently you don’t even understand the nature of the question or just not caring at all since you are literally copying and pasting same thing over and over again. I’m disappointed that there are no functions in this website to dislike your response or delete it.

Spend any balance remaining on your Apple ID. If you're not sure whether you have a balance, check your Apple Account balance.
Cancel your subscriptions and wait until the end of the subscription period.
Wait for any memberships, pre-orders, movie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process. You can cancel a pre-order.
Make sure that you have a payment method for your new country or region. See what payment methods you can use.
Redownload your apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books on any devices that you might use to play or read them in the future. Some types of content might not be available in your new country or region. Learn what types of content and services are available in your new country or region.

👉 If you can't change your country or region

If you can't change your country or region, make sure that you canceled your subscriptions and spent your store credit. Complete these steps before you try to change your country or region.
If you're a part of a Family Sharing group, you might not be able to change your country or region. Learn how to leave a Family Sharing group.
If you still can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.

thank you for the comment. However, i’m tracking how to change the country setting and the fact that whatever I downloaded with subscription will be deleted.

My specific question is that if i change the country setting, will contents from my iCloud be deleted

The contents of your of your iCloud will not be deleted. If you have a subscription for iCloud storage, once you have changed your country settings, take out a new subscription in the new country to maintain your data.
