If you are referring to Home Screen Layout then...

Have you Reset Home Screen Layout?: Returns the built-in apps to their original layout on the Home screen. And all other apps are arranged in Alphabetical order. This may also remove any folders that you have created for storing your Apps on the Home Screen. Please see the pic below
