The Beats app is the best way to see what features you have for your device Explore the features of your device in the Beats app for Android. If this is happening in certain apps, you can see if there are any settings for sound that app that might help modify the sound.
To help isolate, you can also pair your Beats with a different device and see if they sound as expected. This will help determine if it only happens when connected to your Android phone.
