When turning on iCloud Photos got message "Photos Synced from Finder Will be Removed" "Syncing Photos via Finder is not supported when ICloud Photos is turned on." All my photos are on my computer, so what would I lose?

Nothing. Your photos on your device will be removed in favor of those in iCloud. If your photos are on your computer, they will remain there.
