Im trying to login to my email on mail but it says I’m already sign in

I can’t login to my email on the mail app

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

After you log in to your Mac, there is no need for a separate login to use Mail.

If you are unable to send or receive mail messages, refer to If you can’t send or receive email on your Mac - Apple Support.
