cannot connect to server xxx at startup

Monterey 12.6 (and it was there with 12.5.1) The server it complains about can be connected with a. CMD-K in finder using either the name (that is in /etc/hosts) or the ip-address. This happens every boot cycle. Where is the persistent address (which I presume is probably coded to a macadam which in my case could be wireless or wired). I really would like to get rid of this annoying message each time I start up the system - an iMac which I use intermittently (I do most of my work on my m1 MacBook Pro)

iMac (24-inch, M1, 2021, 2 ports)
