That’s unlikely in the extreme. The IMEI or serial number can not be used to track your phone.

Strictly speaking, your carrier tracks the location of ALL devices on their network. This is tied to the IMEI. They have to. That’s how cellular networks function. That information can’t be disclosed to anyone without a court order, however.
