Hello, I want to know why on my iPhone 12 pro Max the option to turn my caller ID off or on does not appear. Thank you

We'd recommend trying the following steps as they may help resolve the issue of your Caller ID option not being available.
- Check with your cellular service provider to ensure that the feature is available as it is not available with all carriers.

- Check for and install any carrier updates that may be available: Manually update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
- Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
- Reset your iPhone's network settings using the last step from this article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
- Remove any VPN or security software that is running on your iPhone as it could be affecting the issue
