Cannot pair hearing aids to iPhone 14MaxPro

My hearing aids from Kirkland Signature version 9.0 which connected just fine to my previous iPhone, are not connecting to my new iPhone 14 pro max and I need assistance.

i have tried a number of things,

• opening and closing the battery once
• opening and closing the battery trice
• holding down the buttons on hearing aids
• turning off the Bluetooth
• restarting the phone
• using the Accessibility option in the settings

bluetooth recognizes other devices and I paired to them just fine. My previous list of Bluetooth connections didn’t transfer to the new device.

can someone please help or please fix the bug, thank you in advance, much appreciated
