question about a Connection to keep my Apple watch working at home

Does my iPhone need to have Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi & cellular all actively turned on at the same time to make my Apple watch work while I am home?

Hello CSinPAZ,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. In order to set up an Apple Watch the iPhone will need to have Bluetooth turned on and be connected to either a Wi-Fi or cellular network. An Apple Watch can be used when the iPhone isn't nearby. In this case, you can use a Wi-Fi network to send and receive data on your Apple Watch.
