Hi, i just bought a used iPhone 11, when i go to settings it shows a display unknown part. I am attaching the screenshot as well. I want to know does it mean that the screen panel is not genuine or is it just a notification ?

As it says in the message it can also be a problem with the phone. Call AppleCare and they can test your iPhone remotely and reset it if you have a genuine screen. They can also advise you if it is a replacement 3rd party screen.

That means you purchased an iPhone which doesn't have an authentic Apple Screen installed on it. Apple will not touch that phone, so you'll either need to return it to the seller, or live with it.
