Payment issue with upgrading iCloud storage
was upgrading iCloud storage and I didn’t think it was working now I have 5 charges against my card for many upgrwdds

Firstly, please check your purchase history, - This will allow you to see what you have been charged for and when to confirm what the charges are actually from
Secondly, you can follow the steps at Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple – Apple Support to request a refund if required, but please be advised this is up to Apple's discretion, on whether a refund is, or is not permitted.
iCloud Storage is a monthly subscription, so it is unlikely you will have been billed multiple times for this.
