Can additional person (Not direct family) use my custom domain in their family? (iCloud Mail)

Hi,

Here is the situation. I have a custom domain which my family and my brother use. If I invite him to use the custom domain on iCloud, would that be counted as one of my 5 people to use my custom domain. Can he use the custom domain to create more email in his family?

Thank you.

If he is part of your family sharing, it will count as one of the five, otherwise he can set it up and have up to five people in his family use it as well.
