enable usb accessory seting on mac os ventura missing in security section.
Also I can't connect android device for file transfer anymore. Anyone know why this security setting missing ? User profile -admin. Mac mini M1.

Running a Mac Mini M1 like you and Ventura and do not get the Accessory Alert.
Running the same Ventura on M1 MBA laptop - yes did receive it but only one time for each New Accessory attached to that machine.
As for Android connections to transfer file - No Idea as I do not Own or use Android Devices
