“Transfer Phone Number” notification

Does anyone know why I keep getting the same pop up on my phone asking me to transfer my phone number to a new phone when I don’t have a new phone? It’s creeping me out, last week I got a pop up on my Iphone asking me to transfer my phone number to a new phone. I obviously exited it as I just got this phone months ago and don’t have a new one i’m trying to set up. Then today, the same pop up came up on my phone. Asking me to transfer my phone number to a new phone. Why am i getting these? Especially since, as I mentioned, I do not have a new phone i’m trying to set up. it’s literally random pop ups and it’s strange.
